Thomas Gunerius Bergsten is a Norwegian multidisciplinary artist, composer, and musician known for moving fluidly between music, visual art, performance, and installation. Trained at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, his work often blends sound, objects, text, and surreal imagery, with a strong interest in experimentation, improvisation, and outsider perspectives. He frequently creates immersive environments where physical materials and sound are treated as equally important elements.

He is widely recognized for his musical project Gunerius & Verdensveven, which mixes psychedelic music, jazz, electronic textures, and global rhythmic influences. Across both his art and music, Bergsten is drawn to the unexpected and the hybrid, creating works that feel playful, strange, and deeply personal, and that resist clear genre boundaries.
