By placing an order in our webstore, you're agreeing to the following:

- All sales are final. We're not accepting returns, unless there is an extraordinary reason for this.

- All packages (except preorders) will be shipped within 2 workdays, and usually within 1 day. Everything is shipped via Airmail, but packages can take from 1 day to 10 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and the efficiency of the postal service where you live.

- We're not responsible for damaged / lost packages, unless you've chosen registered mail. This applies especially to customers in countries known for bad postal services.That being said, we've never had a package get lost in the mail so far.
 

- We do however make every effort to package our records / merchandise as good as possible, and we have special packaging for all of our wares.

We take especially good care while packaging vinyl records.

- The Norwegian Postal services are, sadly, very expensive. Especially when it comes to registered mail outside of Norway. We're looking into other freight companies, but for now w're stuck with 'Posten Norge'.

​

- Only choose the 'local pickup' option if you intend to pick the package up at our office in Bergen, Norway.
